The Problem

When Alexander came to us, he was a one-man show. While having success in his ads management, he hit a plateau. He wanted a new approach and strategy to ads to push his business to the next level.

→ Alexander explained that his current ACoS was too high and that anything over 20% was not good, before partnering he was running at a monthly ACoS of 23-25%.
Upon auditing the account we could see overspending. Using our own campaign management processes and applying negatives, we began to cut non-performing targets and optimized our campaigns reducing their wasted spend. Lowering their ACoS and starting a downward trend, with their monthly ACoS hitting as low as 13.7%.

Expansion

→ Being a replenishable product we aimed to boost our subscribe and save list by offering coupons of 5-10%, paired with Sponsored Display campaigns is crucial to engage and re-engage audiences who had previously viewed or purchased the product, along with both defensive - to protect our audience and offensive - to steal potential customers from our competitors.
We applied our Uniques process to identify new opportunities for targeted advertising in both Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. By leveraging the unique keywords we uncovered, we expanded into additional ad types like Sponsored Brands to boost brand awareness. Targeting these terms in all match types widens our net while allowing us to have better control over our keyword discovery through Phrase and Broad match types.

Structure

→ Before our partnership, 84% of Alexander’s ad sales came from Sponsored Products campaigns, while the remaining 14% were generated from Sponsored Brands. At the time, over 90% of sales were driven by Auto and Product Targeting campaigns, with just 5% coming from Exact match types. Our goal was to increase sales from Exact match campaigns to improve organic ranking, while also expanding the use of Broad and Phrase match types
We implemented our Tiered System to categorize top, middle, and low-performing campaigns, each with its own specific targets. In addition, we utilized our free Analysis tool (available on our YouTube channel) to gather and focus on the highest-performing search terms with precision.

Content

→ We improved the image stacks for all of Alexander's product range. Utilizing our tried and tested layout and design, We enhanced the visuals by adding to the color scheme to make them more vibrant and engaging. Additionally, we incorporated lifestyle images and emphasized key product benefits to create a more compelling presentation.

The Results

As a result of the compounding actions taken Total Sales increased by 44% hitting an all-time high of €70,430.

Conclusion

Alexander's unique products and our own PPC + Conversion + SEO strategy have led to a massive increase in revenue, achieving his highest monthly revenue of  €70,430.  Now that Alexander’ has more time to focus on the core of the business, we are planning to launch into other marketplaces.
